Bitcoin ETFs Return to Positive Inflows
Bitcoin and Ethereum spot ETFs posted net inflows again after eight consecutive weeks of outflows.
After two months of persistent outflows, spot Bitcoin ETFs have started attracting investors again. Last week, the funds recorded nearly $200 million in net inflows, bringing an end to an eight-week streak of losses.
The strongest inflow came on Monday, when Bitcoin ETFs attracted $265.69 million. Positive net flows continued on Tuesday and Friday, while only Wednesday and Thursday ended with net outflows.
The rebound marks a notable shift after a challenging period for Bitcoin-based investment funds. Over the previous eight weeks, investors withdrew more than $8 billion from spot Bitcoin ETFs. The worst week came during the final full week of June, when net outflows reached $1.79 billion.
A similar recovery was seen in spot Ethereum ETFs. After eight consecutive weeks of losses, the funds ended the week with $84.42 million in net inflows, marking their strongest weekly performance since late April.
While it is still too early to call this a lasting trend reversal, last week's positive inflows could be the first sign of improving investor sentiment toward both cryptocurrency ETFs and the broader digital asset market. Whether this develops into a sustained recovery will depend on the coming weeks and whether capital continues to flow into these funds.
