Kiyosaki Warns of Major Crash,
Robert Kiyosaki Predicts Economic Crash, Doubles Down on Gold, Silver, and Crypto
Robert Kiyosaki, author of the bestselling book Rich Dad Poor Dad, has once again announced plans to buy gold, silver, and cryptocurrencies — specifically Bitcoin and Ethereum. According to him, a major economic crisis is on the horizon, and the best way to protect one’s wealth is by investing in so-called “hard assets,” meaning assets with real, tangible value.
In a post shared on X, Kiyosaki wrote: “A crash is coming. That’s why I’m buying, not selling.” He predicts that by 2026, the price of gold could reach $27,000, silver $100, and Bitcoin an astonishing $250,000. He explained that his forecast for gold is based on research by economist Jim Rickards, while his bullish stance on Bitcoin comes from the belief that it serves as protection against the “fake money” printed by the Federal Reserve.
Kiyosaki also expressed growing confidence in Ethereum’s potential. He cited analyst Tom Lee from Fundstrat, who believes Ethereum plays a vital role in the future of global finance as the foundation for stablecoins. The author referred to two well-known economic principles: Gresham’s Law — “bad money drives out good” — and Metcalfe’s Law, which links a network’s value to the number of its users.
Kiyosaki didn’t hold back in criticizing U.S. financial institutions. He accused the Treasury Department and the Federal Reserve of excessive money printing to cover the country’s rising debt, calling the United States “the most indebted nation in history.” He also reiterated one of his trademark sayings — “savers are losers” — urging investors to keep buying real assets, even during market downturns.
