American Bitcoin Corp Expands Its Treasury Holdings

American Bitcoin- Treasury Expansion

American Bitcoin Corp has expanded its treasury with another 363 BTC, bringing its total holdings to 4,367 BTC — worth roughly $395 million. According to BitcoinTreasuries.NET, this places the company 23rd among the largest corporate Bitcoin holders. The firm continues to develop a model that merges cryptocurrency mining with long-term accumulation, aiming to reduce its exposure to short-term market fluctuations.

ABTC’s stock performance remains volatile. The closing price on December 3 was $2.39, yet over the past 52 weeks the shares have swung widely between $0.62 and $14.65. Just a day earlier, the stock dropped nearly 33 percent, underscoring how sensitive it is to investor sentiment. Operationally, however, the company is growing. In the third quarter, it generated $64.2 million in revenue and $3.5 million in net profit. Adjusted EBITDA reached $27.7 million, and gross margin rose to 56 percent. Its mining capacity has already climbed to 25 exahashes.

The company also emphasizes its goal of increasing the number of Bitcoins per share. In September, it held 3,418 BTC, and the latest purchase reaffirms its commitment to that strategy. Eric Trump, who co-founded the venture that later became American Bitcoin, stated that despite the unlocking of shares for early investors, he is not selling his own stake. Cameron Winklevoss has likewise confirmed that he is maintaining his position.

American Bitcoin plans further expansion, leaving the door open to debt financing and acquisitions. At the same time, it faces the industry’s typical risks: price volatility, rising competition, regulatory pressure, and high capital costs. Despite stronger operational results, earnings per share over the last 12 months remain negative at –$1.42. Even so, the company’s strategy remains clear: stay committed to Bitcoin and continue growing its holdings, even in turbulent market conditions.
